Orco Property Group’s mixed-use Luxembourg Plaza project was awarded the Best new administrative centre in the prestigious Best of Realty 2006 competition.

The Best of Realty competition is considered to be the most prestigious in its field. Best of Realty annually awards projects which contribute to the growth of the czech real estate market and prove the capabilities of developers, architects, designers, constructors and real estate agents. Winning projects are chosen by a committee composed of real estate professionals across five categories: New administrative project, Restored office project, Residential project, Shopping centre and Hotel.
