Linden Homes South East enjoyed its most successful ever development launch this September when it opened the doors of its new flagship waterside community, Water Colour in Redhill, Surrey. Over 400 visitors flocked to look around the show homes during the launch weekend, resulting in an unprecedented 17 sales so far.
Many of the visitors, who came from the local Surrey area as well as London and southern England, were looking for family homes with good investment prospects and excellent transport links to central London and the south coast.
Patrick Plunkett, 36 and Eric Barry, 29 were thrilled to be the first Water Colour purchasers when they reserved their three-storey, three-bedroom Cotman home, with a double height garden room, mezzanine level study and master bedroom with a double shower and large dressing room.
Patrick commented: “We knew we wanted to buy from Linden and have visited all their new developments in the Surrey area over the last year. When we saw Water Colour we agreed it was perfect and the Cotman house ticked all the boxes with its large open plan living/dining room and airy garden room.”
Water Colour is ideally located for both Patrick, who works as an IT Account Manager in London and Eric, who is employed at Gatwick Airport.
