Award-winning website and TV channel Real Estate TV has announced that it is to hold its first ever overseas investment property exhibition, at Birmingham NEC on 18th and 19th November. Real Estate TV Live is a collaboration between the channel and Blendon Communications; uniting two experienced and well-respected media companies.
More famous for providing its advertisers with a virtual marketplace to reach would-be buyers, Real Estate TV is now extending its expertise into exhibitions, giving estate agents and developers a forum to meet their target audience face-to-face. Companies already signed up to the property showcase, include St James Land, Nirvana International and Vision International.
Mark Dodd, Managing Director of Real Estate TV says; “The Real Estate TV Live exhibition will present a great opportunity to launch new developments, meet buyers face to face, book inspection trips, collect sales leads and ultimately make sales. It will also provide a fantastic networking prospect and a chance to increase awareness of your company within the sector. As the UK’s leading property channel we are very proud to be hosting the exhibition, in conjunction with property and exhibition specialists Blendon, and see is as a mark of the channel’s growing success.”
Overseas and UK property developers and agents will be exhibiting alongside service providers such as mortgage advisors, removal companies, foreign exchange companies and legal experts at the show, and there will be free independent seminars offering essential tax, legal and buying advice to visitors.
True to its host’s background, Real Estate TV Live also promises to offer a total televisual experience. The two day event will be broadcast live*, featuring special interview panels from the main stage, and one-to-one interviews with exhibitors and attendees.
Miki Reeder from Blendon Communications says; “We’re delighted to be working with Real Estate TV on this project and are confident that with our combined resources and expertise, the show will be a massive success. Stands are limited per country, according to current buying trends, which means that the exhibition will be balanced for both exhibitor and visitor. Countries with stands at the event already include Spain, Turkey and St Lucia.”
